Discoclients can build an outfit from existing designs (DESIGN-A-DISCO), or start completely FROM SCRATCH. Either route is sure to be one-of-a-kind 💖

Current turnaround time is 4-6 weeks, unless an item is listed as READY2SHIP

how long will it take to receive my order?

Accepted Answer

READY2SHIP items will be heading out to you within two business days, shipped Priority Mail with USPS. Following shipping, clients normally receive orders within 3-4 business days (depending on delivery location).

Made-to-order items may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. MTO usually reaches clients within 2-3 business days.

From scratch custom orders include a delivery timeline during the concept stage.

When your order ships you can expect an email confirmation with a tracking number. Didn't receive that email or have questions about the timeline? Hit us up and we will get you an update!

i don't see my country listed, do you ship internationally?

Discofreak is worldwide! We can ship anywhere, pending any import restrictions in the recipient's home country 🌏

And we use a third party to negotiate rates with local/regional postal departments, to get you the best price on shipping fees 💸
 
For website orders:
You'll notice a flat-rate shipping fee of $20 USD at checkout. This is pretty standard for most international shipments; however, if shipping costs more or a faster delivery is requested we will invoice separately (after we've had a chance to weigh your package and compare rates)
 
Keep an eye on your email! We'll touch base while your order is under production, if there are any modifications or clarifications needed for shipping purposes

how should i care for my item(s)?

The safest rule of thumb for all items is to hand wash and air dry 🧼

Most item descriptions include care instructions, but if you're unsure (or maybe the item is no longer listed), just send us a message!

Here are some quick notes to help clear up confusion:
clothing items with vinyl/printing should be air-dried — it can be machine-washed but keep that water COLD
decor items with wrap or vinyl should be hand-washed in COOL water and left out to dry
spandex, fishnet or lace clothing can be machine-washed, but do not pop that sucker into the dryer! Air-dry, always, to retain stretch and the integrity of more delicate fabrics

We recommend using a delicates bag for any net, lace, or loose knit fabrics so they don't get snagged on other items in the wash
