It depends on what you've ordered, babe! READY2SHIP items will be heading out to you within two business days, shipped Priority Mail with USPS. All other items take 4-6 weeks and are shipped via UPS (2-3 day delivery in the continental US, based on your location). When your order ships you can expect an email confirmation with a tracking number. Didn't receive that email or have questions about the timeline? Hit us up and we will get you an update!

We use a third party to negotiate rates with local/regional postal departments, to get you the best price on shipping fees. For international customers we charge a flat rate shipping fee ($20 USD) at checkout—if shipping costs more, we will invoice you separately after we've had a chance to weigh your package and compare rates. The safest rule of thumb for all items we sell is to hand wash and air dry. Most item descriptions include care instructions, but if you're unsure (or maybe the item is no longer listed), just send us a message! Here are some quick notes to help clear up confusion: -Anything fabric with vinyl/printing should be air-dried; it can be machine-washed but keep that water cold so as not to warp the embellishment -Any decor with wrap or vinyl should be hand-washed in cool water and left out to dry -Any spandex, fishnet or lace clothing can be machine-washed, but do not pop that sucker into the dryer! Air-dry, always, to retain stretch and the fine integrity of more delicate fabrics; we recommend using a delicates bag for any net, lace, or loose knit fabrics so they don't get snagged during the wash tumble
