READY2SHIP items will be heading out to you within two business days, shipped Priority Mail with USPS. Following shipping, clients normally receive orders within 3-4 business days (depending on delivery location). Made-to-order items may take up to 4-6 weeks to ship. MTO usually reaches clients within 2-3 business days. From scratch custom orders include a delivery timeline during the concept stage. The safest rule of thumb for all items is to hand wash and air dry 🧼 Most item descriptions include care instructions, but if you're unsure (or maybe the item is no longer listed), just send us a message! Here are some quick notes to help clear up confusion: clothing items with vinyl/printing should be air-dried — it can be machine-washed but keep that water COLD decor items with wrap or vinyl should be hand-washed in COOL water and left out to dry spandex, fishnet or lace clothing can be machine-washed, but do not pop that sucker into the dryer! Air-dry, always, to retain stretch and the integrity of more delicate fabrics We recommend using a delicates bag for any net, lace, or loose knit fabrics so they don't get snagged on other items in the wash
